How It Works

When Xenadrine is taken as directed and combined with proper diet and exercise it is supposed to result in helping you lose weight faster than with diet and exercise alone by helping to burn fat and by increasing your metabolism.

Ingredients

The ingredients in Xenadrine is a propriety blend known as RFA-1, vitamins C and B6, Panththenic acid, magnesium, Proprietary Thernodyne, green tea extract, yerba mate and phenl ethlamine as well as several other ingredients. While green tea is known to help increase metabolism, yerba mate is used to relieve joint pain and phenl ethlamine is used to help relieve mild depression. Neither yerba mate or phenl ethlamine have any weight loss properties what so ever which is true of most of the ingredients in this product.

Does It work?

Judging the lack of sufficient weight loss ingredients in this product one would suspect that Xenadrine weight loss pills do not have the ability to effectively help you lose weight. This seems to be backed up by various users who have tried this product. While some have experienced no weight loss whatsoever, others have experienced a weight loss of a few pounds. Final Thoughts

A weight loss product should be effect at helping you to lose weight. It should at the very least have some noticeable positive effect on you when dieting such as helping to suppress appetite or increasing your metabolism and energy levels. It seems like despite having green tea extract among it's ingredients that Xenadrine neither works as an appetite suppressant nor does it increase energy levels. It does however, in a large number of people increase both anxiety and insomnia both which could actually increase eating rather than decrease the desire to eat.

For these reasons, Xenadrine may not be the right product for the vast majority of people who want to lose weight. You would be better off finding a product that has fewer negative side effects and that helps to suppress appetite or increase your energy levels to better help you burn off that excess weight.
