– How I lost 30 pounds in 30 days and got in great shape for my wedding.
Well… I wasn’t this big all my life…I started gainin weight right after me and my family moved from India to the US. One of the major factors is the difference of food we had in India and here in the US. Because in my area there are fast foods and lovely restaurants where the food is mighty delicious…couldn’t help it! I love going out with new friends and collegues, and because my dad has a well paid job, I used to go out at least 4 times a week and also snacking at night…
Slowly it started to be seen that I gained more and more weight, I knew I had to do something, but was to lazy and didn’t get the right motivation to stop.

This program belonged to a woman, her name is Aline Pilani, so I started following her and her actions, messaged her a few times, to my astonishment, she answered, and told me she launched new videos with workouts. As we continued to keep in touch, I’ve seen people she helped, so I decided to try her program out. It was only 37$ so it was ok.

The plan recommends taking a protein shake after each workout, but because I bought protein powder just after 4 days, I started with skim milk, stevia, 4 eggwhites and blueberries. After I got the powder I just mixed them.

The meal plan is protein based, also fresh veggies and discourages consuming carbs before bed. I was eating 1300 calories per day but structured along 5-6 meals a day, and once a week it was cheat day, so I could eat whatever I wanted. One thing I noticed pretty fast, was that I stopped wanting to eat snacks and chips at night!

In the first week, I had lost 5 pounds. Great result in my opinion, so I kept going harder and working out harder, so after 2 months I lost 40 pounds and was very pleased with my results.

Another thing I can say is that the importance of support during such a journey, is effectively the KEY for you to succeed. My mom, my husband, my friends… everyone was very supportive and I was kept on focus mode all the time. They kept me motivated, all dough there where some times I was tired and wanted to give up, or was craving other foods…but focus and keep on! Also a close friend did the workouts with me every morning, even if I couldn’t feel like working out, we still did it and I am very grateful for that!
